Job Summary
Welcome guests, inform them of specials and menu changes, and accurately record orders. Enter orders into point-of-sale systems to deliver food and beverages promptly. Monitor dining experiences, respond to requests, and manage the payment process from bill preparation to processing charges. Thank guests upon completion and assist with side work, cleaning, and resetting tables as needed. Maintain safety through proper inspections, committee participation, and adherence to emergency procedures. Perform duties during start, middle, and end of shifts while following all safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required
- Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of Restaurant Related Experience preferred
