Job Summary
Restaurant Server in a full-service hotel/restaurant setting: take orders, serve guests (including alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and meals) to hotel standards; maintain knowledge of menu, wine, liquor, glassware, and garnishes; operate the POS system (MICROS) and assist with cash handling and banking; greet guests, upsell, and ensure guest satisfaction; uphold safety and cleanliness standards; follow liquor regulations and hotel policies; complete opening/closing tasks; flexible schedule and teamwork are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Two years’ experience in a similar position with a full-service hotel or restaurant
- TIPS training certification within 30 days of hire date
- MICROS POS experience preferred
- Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
