Job Summary
Server 1 is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring adherence to Invited’s service standards through warm welcomes and seamless dining experiences. Key responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, providing food and beverage service, handling member/guest complaints, completing daily assignments, and following club standards for cleanliness and safety. This role requires physical stamina, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
