Restaurant Server - Nullagvik Hotel

Seat guests, greet patrons, and take orders while making culinary recommendations and communicating dietary restrictions to the kitchen. Present menus, write or memorize orders, and relay requests to the kitchen before serving courses from service bars. Observe diners for additional needs, total bills, and accept payments, or direct patrons to the cashier. Brew coffee, prepare and serve beverages, and clear and reset tables after each course. Occasionally assist with basic food production, break down service lines, and clean kitchen equipment. Requires fluency in English and some customer service experience.
