Restaurant Server

Serve guests by anticipating needs, describing menu items with ingredients and preparation methods, and communicating orders accurately to the kitchen and bartender. Clear dishes throughout meals to maintain flow and comfort while adhering to Marriott brand service standards, including using guest names and meeting specific time frames. Execute wine service involving presentation, opening, and sampling. Coordinate with the team for seamless meal timing and perform side work such as cleaning workspaces and preparing for the next shift. All servers are trained in room service delivery. This role requires at least one year of upscale dining experience and a TABC certification.
