Job Summary
Restaurant Server responsible for serving food and alcoholic beverages to guests, setting tables per event/service standards, answering questions about menu selections, communicating with the kitchen about orders and dietary needs, processing transactions in MICROS, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness, and performing closing duties. Must adhere to safety policies, present accurate checks, maintain professional appearance, and work as part of a team to meet quality standards. Requires ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with assistance); high school diploma or GED preferred; at least 1 year of related experience; no supervisory responsibilities.
