Job Summary
Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu items, specials, and beverages while maintaining knowledge of current choices, specialties, and kitchen shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation, then monitor the dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, and refilling utensils and glasses. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- previous serving experience
