Job Summary
Greet guests with a smile, take food and drink orders, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for prompt service. Retain the menu to provide wine and beverage recommendations while resolving customer issues promptly. Assist with table tidying, clearing, setting, and assembling utensils, including arranging dining areas for larger groups and special occasions. Operate the Toast point of sale system and handle cash register transactions. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to protect the establishment and patrons. Prepare for special occasions and perform assigned duties while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

- High School Diploma
- Bartending and/or server experience (2 + years)
