Job Summary
Coordinate the entire service station by greeting guests, presenting menus, and relaying food and beverage orders to kitchen staff and bartenders using a POS system. Communicate with hosts, table support, and kitchen personnel to ensure stations are stocked and reset, while presenting and pouring wine and beer. Assist with cash registers at counter-service locations and perform other duties as assigned. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift 50 pounds and work well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills
