Job Summary
Restaurant Server at Hop House (Mystic Lake Casino) takes orders and serves food and beverages, processes F&B transactions, and reconciles cash-drawer. Responsibilities include entering orders into POS, explaining menu items, serving according to guest specifications and responsible alcohol service standards, checking on guests’ needs, pre-bussing/bussing, maintaining supplies, operating POS and handling payments (cash, checks, currency, cards, tips), preparing daily sales reports, and ensuring cleanliness of guest and work areas.
