Job Summary
Conduct food and beverage service to guests while taking orders, setting tables, and stocking service stations. Complete payment transactions and pick up prepared food from kitchen areas. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and adhere to sustainability guidelines for the EarthView program. Perform additional duties such as bartending and bussing during staffing shortages or peak periods. Maintain safe work habits by wearing protective equipment and following OSHA standards. Requires previous food and beverage experience, POS system knowledge, and a high school diploma.
