Restaurant Server

Take food and beverage orders, place them in the point of service system, and prepare guest checks for payment. Set and clear tables, stock service stations, pick up orders from food prep, and ensure food is prepared accordingly. Serve guests courteously while maintaining sustainability guidelines and safety standards. Perform bartending and bussing during staffing shortages or peak periods. Monitor guest satisfaction scores to drive departmental improvements. Requires previous food and beverage experience, POS knowledge, and TIPS certification preferred.
