Job Summary
Provide warm, attentive service to guests, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-volume periods or unusual events. Monitor the operation of the food and beverage outlet, assisting managers in identifying and resolving guest concerns. Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked. Accurately take and process guest orders while communicating clearly and pleasantly. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Salary is $5-$7 plus tips.
