Job Summary
Server role at SSP America inside Indianapolis International Airport. Responsibilities include answering questions and offering suggestions on food/beverages/services, inputting orders into POS, preparing dishes for service, observing guests and responding to requests, clearing tables, balancing and reconciling checks, and resetting tables. Requires 1 year restaurant serving experience; high school diploma preferred; must read/write English; cash handling capabilities; food handlers permit and brand certification as required. Excellent customer service and ability to remember menu items, operate POS, and stand for long periods are expected.
