Job Summary
Restaurant Server needed at Hotel Indigo Asheville Downtown; Part-Time role focused on taking and serving food and beverage orders, handling payments, delivering hospitality, and maintaining service areas. Responsibilities include checking IDs for alcohol service, presenting menus, answering questions, itemizing checks, preparing hot/cold drinks, stocking service areas, assisting with reservations and guest greeting, and describing menu items and wines. Prior guest relations experience and English proficiency required; certification in liquor, wine, and food service preferred or achievable by first day on the job.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous guest/customer relations experience
- TIPS, CARE (or equivalent) certified or willing to become certified by first day on the job
