Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, ensure tables are clean and properly set, and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver food and beverages while maintaining quality and presentation standards, and maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, beverages, and restaurant offerings. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests or concerns, and keep a clean and organized workspace throughout each shift. Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and management to ensure smooth operations during high-volume service periods. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines while maintaining regular and dependable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience
