Job Summary
Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods and make decisions to solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction. Carefully monitor the operation of the F&B outlet, assist the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems, and engage with guests through clear and pleasant communication to understand and respond to their needs. Keep the workspace clean and organized while ensuring regular and punctual attendance. Full-time associates earn $7.25 per hour and are eligible for medical/dental/vision plans, 401K, and tuition assistance within Concord Hospitality's "Associate First" culture.
