Job Summary
Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to all guests while accurately taking food and beverage orders and ensuring timely delivery. Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, daily features, and beverage offerings. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service throughout the dining experience. Communicate effectively with culinary and service teams regarding orders, special requests, and dietary needs. Prepare and maintain service stations, dining areas, and equipment to established standards. Assist with table maintenance, bussing, and overall restaurant cleanliness. Follow resort service standards, cash handling procedures, and applicable Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Complete required side work and shift documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current TABC Certification
- Current Food Handler Certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

- Resort, club, or upscale dining experience
- ServSafe Certification
- Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
