Job Summary
Serving guests with high standards from starter to dessert while owning the kitchen by keeping it stocked, clean, and safe. Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed, minimizing waste and reporting unsafe equipment or low supplies to supervisors. Handle ad-hoc tasks to maintain smooth service operations. Requires strength to lift objects up to 50lbs, basic reading, writing, and math skills, plus flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Must comply with local food handling and alcohol serving laws, including being above the minimum age and fluent in the local language. Required Qualifications
- The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling
- A good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths
- The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol
- Above the minimum age required
- Fluent in the local language
- Great communication
