Job Summary
Provide exceptional restaurant service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, promoting menu items, and upselling while maintaining guest satisfaction and adherence to alcohol service laws. Communicate effectively with guests and team members, manage payments, and uphold food safety standards; must be 21+, complete NM Food Handlers and NM Alcohol Server certifications, and be able to stand long hours and lift up to 25 lbs. Weekend/holiday availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must successfully complete New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire
- Must have New Mexico Alcohol Server’s Certification prior to first day of work
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Able to stand and walk for long periods
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic communication and math skills
- Available to work weekends and holidays
