Job Summary
Deliver food and beverage services while accurately processing guest orders and preparing checks. Greet guests warmly, maintain guest privacy, and resolve requests professionally. Clear and reset tables, utilize selling techniques to upsell services, and promote hotel amenities. Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings. Ensure the restaurant meets superior standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and emergency procedures. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate with guests, and team members, in a professional manner
- Ability to learn safety, emergency, and accident prevention policies and procedures
- Ability to lift food service trays with china, glass, and silver up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Previous banquet service experience preferred
