Job Summary
Restaurant Server at The Valley Hotel, Curio by Hilton (Part-time). Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant guests, serve orders, accommodate special requests, memorize menu items and daily specials to provide recommendations, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, manage guest checks and payments, attend pre-meal and departmental meetings, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor. Requires 3–6 months in a food/beverage environment and a high school education or equivalent; ability to lift 20–40 lbs and stand for extended periods; English proficiency.
