Job Summary
Deliver food items to restaurant guests and buss, clean, and reset tables while maintaining the orderly appearance of the dining area. Clear dishes from occupied tables promptly, manage supplies of condiments and silverware, and keep work stations sanitary. Move tables, chairs, and furniture as needed, completing all side work in a timely manner while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license and a Washington State Health Card.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional guest service skills
- At least 18 years of age
- One to three months related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to maintain professional, courteous, and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and outside business contacts
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card)
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication
