Job Summary
Take orders, serve food and drinks, answer menu inquiries, and suggestively sell items while complying with guest wishes. Maintain restroom and building perimeter cleanliness. Collaborate with Bussers and Hostess to ensure excellent service. Operate the POS system, process credit card transactions accurately, and make change. Lift 50 lbs to deliver plates, food, and clear tables. Walk or stand for long periods of 6-8 hours while responding calmly to guest complaints. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to operate POS computer system
- Must be able to make change correctly
- Must be able to make credit card transactions accurately
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours)

- Must be able to respond calmly and kindly to any guest complaints
