Job Summary
Ensure the dining room is spotless and beautifully set for all meals and events. Greet residents and guests with a smile, taking food orders, presenting them to kitchen staff, and delivering meals promptly. Respond swiftly to requests, guaranteeing order accuracy and checking food quality while ensuring drinks are refilled in a timely manner. Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards meticulously. Assist with setting tables, removing walkers for safety, and restocking inventory. Maintain high appearance standards and attend required training sessions. Be available for full-time shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain an accredited food handler certification within 60 days, as per State guidelines.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 6 months to one year of related experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service attitude and ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks.
