Job Summary
Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining room quickly and efficiently. Collaborate on managing the assigned section, maintaining the work area clean and orderly while supporting table preparation. Work with the team to ensure fluid service, adhering to health and safety standards and reporting any issues immediately. Requires at least one year of experience in luxury hotels or restaurants, good Italian knowledge, and availability for split shifts, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Italian
- At least 1 year of experience in the same role in luxury hotels and/or restaurants
- Availability to work on shifts, including split shifts, evenings and weekends
