Conduct check-ins and check-outs, manage wake-up calls, and provide guest service while handling sales conversations in person and over the phone. Process correspondence, professionally resolve guest complaints, and serve food and beverages. Requires a completed hotel receptionist training, strong German and English skills, and proficiency with hotel software and MS Office. Full-time position at the family-owned Hotel Zur Post in Altenahr with flexible scheduling, fitness studio access, and on-call rotation.
