Job Summary
Coordinate opening team duties to ensure efficient restaurant preparation. Complete scheduled maintenance on all equipment safely and correctly, including interior, exterior, and grounds upkeep. Put food orders away, rotate stock in coolers and freezers, and monitor shelf life and code dates.
