Restaurant Promotions Specialist

Job Summary
Coordinate and execute restaurant promotional campaigns on the Wolt platform across cities in Israel; support campaign planning and operational follow-up with Marketing and commercial teams; build and maintain campaign tracking boards and workflows in Monday.com and other tools; monitor campaign readiness across restaurant selections; communicate updates to internal teams and restaurant partners; track performance through dashboards and reporting tools and share insights; troubleshoot operational or technical issues related to campaign execution; manage timelines, owners, and tasks to ensure campaigns launch on time; support cross-functional and departmental projects during periods of lower activity; contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc business needs; prefer 1-2 years of relevant experience and fluency in Hebrew and English.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, campaign support, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets
- Experience working with Looker or similar reporting tools
- Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
- High attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a strong advantage
- Fluent Hebrew and good English skills
