Job Summary
Prep a variety of foods and stock food stations with ingredients and condiments under the guidance of the head cook/chef. Maintain all food stations and equipment by keeping them neat, clean, and sanitized. Read recipe directions in English and operate kitchen equipment, including sharp knives and measure tools. Perform physical tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing on your feet throughout the shift. Take on other duties as needed. Some experience is preferred, though training is provided for the right candidate.
