Restaurant Porter/Dishwasher

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to ensure sanitation and hygiene. Organize and store clean items in designated areas while regularly cleaning kitchen surfaces, counters, sinks, stoves, and food prep areas. Sweep and mop floors, dispose of waste and recycling, and keep storage rooms, hallways, and common areas clean and well-organized. Monitor supplies and equipment, reporting any plumbing, equipment, or facility concerns to management.
