Job Summary
As Restaurant Operations Manager, you will lead by managing Food & Beverage front-of-house teams, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee operational performance across venues. Responsibilities include hiring and training direct reports, scheduling, directing work, coaching and disciplining staff, managing budgets and financial reports, implementing efficiency initiatives, maintaining internal controls, coordinating vendor relations, and driving marketing/promotional activity to increase revenue and covers. You will ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, leverage technology (POS, Kronos, InfoGenesis, Microsoft Office) to optimize operations, and stay current with industry trends while maintaining a focus on guest service, integrity, and team morale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of progressively responsible, related experience are required
- Three years of managerial experience required
- Ability to achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
- Office skills with Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling and labor productivity software; Kronos preferred; POS systems required; InfoGenesis preferred
