Job Summary
Manage daily shifts and guest experience while overseeing all hourly team members and ensuring quality standards for products, displays, and store cleanliness. Set operational goals, oversee employee training and scheduling, and coordinate parties and events. Track game payouts, manage inventory and cost control systems, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Liaise with contracted vendors and ensure compliance with cash handling policies and local regulations. Lead a high-volume team in a fast-paced environment, holding staff accountable while motivating them through servant leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years management experience within an entertainment concept, theme park or high-volume restaurant
- Local or State regulation requirements regarding food handling and/or liquor service
- Must be able to provide excellent Guest Service
- Must have excellent time management & follow up skills necessary to perform in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Must have the ability to hold the team accountable, but also motivate and coach the team to strive to the be the best
- Servant Leadership works best
- Must be able to provide authorization to work in the US - we use Everify
