Job Summary
Restaurant & Operations Manager responsible for overall leadership of a fast-paced Restaurant/Entertainment operation. Develops and leads hourly team members to exceed guest expectations, drives guest experiences, recruits/hires/coaches/trains staff, and oversees end-to-end operations including cost of goods sold and labor management. Demonstrates proactive leadership, maintains core values with management, and collaborates with the management team to deliver high-quality, timely results. Typical schedule includes weekends, nights, and holidays; average 50-hour work weeks. Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
