Restaurant & Operations Manager role leading the Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment operations at Palisades, NY. Responsible for developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest expectations, recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development, and ensuring positive staff and guest experiences. Oversees all aspects from daily details to big-picture strategic initiatives, manages cost of goods sold and labor, and aligns with core values to achieve high-quality, timely results in a fast-paced, noisy environment. Will work weekends, nights, and holidays; opportunity to grow within a large leadership team and gain exposure to two brands under one roof.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- 2+ years restaurant/hospitality experience
- Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
