Job Summary
Restaurant & Operations Manager responsible for leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience in a fast-paced, multi-brand entertainment setting (Dave & Buster’s and Main Event Entertainment). Develops and leads hourly team members to exceed guest expectations; recruits, hires, coaches, trains, and provides professional development; oversees cost of goods sold and labor to drive profitability; collaborates with management to achieve high-quality, timely results. Requires 21+ years of age, 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience, weekend/night/holiday availability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
