Job Summary
Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations while demonstrating proactive leadership through personal interactions. Oversee all business aspects from minor details to strategic initiatives, ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through recruiting, hiring, coaching, and training. Collaborate with management to achieve high-quality results in a fast-paced, noisy environment requiring immediate gratification and the ability to handle 50-hour work weeks. Manage cost of goods sold and labor while fostering a fun culture that inspires teams to play at a higher level.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
- Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
- True leadership capabilities
- The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
