Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations through proactive leadership and personal interactions. Oversee all business aspects from minor details to strategic initiatives, ensuring positive staff and guest experiences while collaborating with management to achieve high-quality results. Recruit, hire, coach, and train team members in a fast-paced, noisy environment, handling 100K days with an average of 50-hour work weeks. Work weekends, nights, and holidays to drive business results and inspire your team to play at a higher level.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
- Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
- True leadership capabilities
- The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
