Job Summary
Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations by demonstrating proactive leadership through personal interactions and direct coaching. Oversee all business aspects from minor details to strategic initiatives, recruiting, hiring, and training staff while collaborating with management to achieve high-quality results. Handle immediate gratification by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences in a fast-paced, noisy environment with frequent on-site presence. Work weekends, nights, and holidays within a 50-hour work week schedule to drive business results and inspire a higher performance level for the team.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
- Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
- True leadership capabilities
- The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
