Job Summary
Oversee restaurant operations across multiple Shorty’s locations, driving operational performance and financial well-being. Hire, train, and lead staff; develop short- and long-term goals; manage the food and beverage budget; ensure health and safety compliance; provide sales and productivity reports to upper management; coordinate marketing efforts and community events; and cultivate a culture of genuine hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
