Job Summary

Lead IHOP restaurant night operations and coach a high-performing team of hourly staff to deliver a memorable guest experience while driving sales and profitability. Responsibilities include driving sales through operational excellence, problem solving and decision making, attracting and retaining talent, leading a team to meet company goals, managing food storage, stock and ingredient orders, and maintaining P&L and labor costs. Functions include ensuring food safety and sanitation, managing employee relations, coordinating inventory and scheduling, and maintaining a fast-paced, safe work environment. Preferred qualifications include 2-5 years of management experience and a Business Management degree or related field; Serve Safe certification is a plus. The role requires mobility during shifts and the ability to multitask in a restaurant setting, with strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work around heat, humidity, and cleaning chemicals used in restaurants, as required by safety procedures
  • Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • 2 - 5 years management experience
  • A degree in Business Management or other related field is preferred
  • Management experience in a quick-service, casual or family dining restaurant preferred
