Job Summary
Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house execution standards while exceeding operational expectations and delivering exceptional results for our guests. Manage a passionate team dedicated to hospitality and service, motivating staff to uphold high performance in a family-friendly atmosphere. Own the P&L, obtain required certifications, and ensure compliance with local health codes. Requires two years of management experience, open availability including nights and holidays, and strong communication skills. Uncapped bonus program and referral bonuses available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- 2 years of management experience
- Open Availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of local and State health codes
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules
- Experience managing a team
