Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the stadium restaurant. Leads hiring, training, and development of team members; manages budgets to meet/exceed financial goals; delivers exceptional guest experience with personalized, memorable service; ensures compliance with Health Department and Alcohol regulations; collaborates with Back of House and Chef; serves as SME for POS and restaurant software; manages beverage/food ordering, par levels, and inventory; maintains high standards of sanitation, safety, and security; drives continuous sales growth to maximize profitability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of prior Restaurant Manager experience
- 3–5 years of food and beverage service industry experience
- Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
- Ability to qualify for licenses and permits (Food Handler’s Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, Non-Gaming Card)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage P&L and control costs
- English literacy and safety compliance
