Job Summary
Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations, including scheduling, ordering, reservations, and managing all bar elements. Deliver superior service by checking in with customers, balancing seating capacity, and responding efficiently to complaints. Control cash and receipts by adhering to strict reconciliation procedures while ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. Lead and develop team members through continuous training, performance appraisals, and coaching in a fast-paced environment. Recommend marketing strategies such as discounts and social media ads to reach a broader audience. This role requires flexible hours, including holidays, nights, and weekends, along with extensive food and beverage knowledge and familiarity with Micros POS and Open Table software.
