Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, coaching and training team members, and ensuring a fun and inviting work environment. Responsibilities include managing labor costs, staffing and hiring, maintaining product quality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards. The role requires knowledge of restaurant operations, effective communication skills, and the ability to foster team motivation while meeting sales and profitability goals. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent experience and at least one year of experience in restaurant line operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Must have and maintain ServSafe certification
