Direct overall restaurant operation for Wendy's franchise location, including hiring and supervising a team to deliver exceptional guest service and managing the store's financial performance. Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the company’s business plan, foster a positive work environment through training and teamwork, and ensure compliance with state and federal labor and health laws while upholding brand policies. Demonstrate integrity and accountability in interactions with customers, team members, and management. Benefits include health and retirement programs. Starting wage up to $50,000/year based on experience (franchise determines compensation).
Required Qualifications
