Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for leading The View’s dining room and bar operations, upholding Enlightened Hospitality standards, guiding service teams, maintaining cleanliness and inventory, collaborating with kitchen and beverage leadership, ensuring payroll accuracy and HR compliance, growing the beverage program and bar sales, and providing pathways for staff growth through mentorship and training.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years dining room experience in hospitality & fine dining, management experience preferred
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge
- Experience behind the bar in a similar environment, management experience strongly preferred
- Strong passion for and skill in education
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field or equivalent expertise gained from time on the job
- English fluency and Spanish preferred
