Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations at a high-volume Whataburger location, focusing on hospitality, guest service, and operational performance. Lead and develop a team to achieve goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability; ensure food safety and brand standards; manage shift transitions and provide leadership and coaching in partnership with restaurant leadership. Drive continuous improvements, support business planning and performance reviews, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment to prepare for future operating-partner opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience
- Be able to meet business needs with open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours and dependable attendance
- 1–3 years of leadership experience
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain and pass during training)
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain current automobile liability at minimum levels in your state of residence
