Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager develops and implements quality standards for restaurant facilities, supervising service staff to ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include conducting pre-shift meetings, maintaining cleanliness and organization, managing cash handling procedures, creating revenue forecasts, and overseeing daily operations including serving and training staff. The position requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (AA)
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and speak English
- Working knowledge of wine, spirits and regional cuisines
- Exceptional personal hygiene and positive representation of the organization
