Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager oversees daily activities in a hospitality restaurant setting, ensuring excellent customer service and quality standards. Key responsibilities include conducting pre-shift meetings, monitoring food quality, managing cash handling procedures, creating revenue forecasts, and supervising staff training and performance. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills, as well as proficiency in food and beverage service equipment and current trends. Candidates must have an Associate’s degree, relevant experience, and ServSafe certification.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (AA)
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training
- ServSafe Certified Food Manager (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent
